Things You May Have Missed At Indigenous Storytime

It has been an exciting time here at Indigenous Storytime. WE had guest storytellers, website updates, a young award-winning indigenous author and much more. If you haven’t been paying attention you should probably browse the Facebook group feed and catch up. Here are some highlights.

Rachel Eastman visited with Tamera Miyasato and Elisabetta Giomo-James about her experiences being an author at such a young age, while also sharing a reading with us.

Tamera Miyasato and Leala Amanda Chapa provided us with a dual language reading.

Johon Atkinson also told us another riveting Tsimashian story.

Our amazing storyteller Marla Thunder Bull shared many beautiful readings with us, but in addition to that, she became a grandmother.

We’ve also had many readings and stories told by out amazing readers and storytellers, Jonita, Heather, Marla, and Tamera. As always we also have wonderful contributions to our group from our Indigenous Storytime community.
